There are plenty of smooth-faced tales in several languages in this performance, which is very loosely based on a Sea Sami version of Cinderella.
With an actor playing the guitar, and a guitarist acting, children and adults are guided through a wild journey through a county marked by the meeting of three tribes. But there is a meaning to it all, – and that is that culture is always changing. Fairy tales and old stories must be recreated and remade to be kept alive.
The music ranges from Dumdumboys to country joik.
The performance has been shown 112 times in Troms and Finnmark during the period 2005 – 2007.
