INFOINFOINFO

Single father Finn Strømmer dreams of the good life with his daughter. But there's always something that gets in the way.

About single father Finn Strømmer, and his daughter, Tea (7), who suddenly and inexplicably disappears. A search operation is launched, but she is nowhere to be found.

Strømmer is both a crime mystery and a reflection on our time's paradoxical relationship with closeness. Finn Strømmer dreams of a life with good friends and a happy and cheerful Tea. But he is unable to be present. He slips away, finds himself more in his own head than in the company of those he wants to be close to.

Absence in the presence. The tragedy of our time, playwright Tale Næss calls it.

With an expression that mixes pathos and stylized distance, it opens up for surprises, from the hilarious to the deeply tragic. There are ten actors on stage, five of whom are children.

The script was developed in collaboration with Ferske Scener.
