Potatoes have no wings
A potato on the run from being mashed and a couple who have lost their child meet. Living with grief – or being afraid – is experienced the same whether you are a child or an adult. Sometimes adults have better language for such feelings, but not always.
Potatoes Have No Wings is a simple and moving story about how difficult it can be to move on – and about the joy that finally comes when grief loosens its grip. The performance is a mix of puppetry, physical theatre and acrobatic acting – a visual and poetic experience for both children and adults.
